Drew Pfanmiller leads the Residential Sales team at Ja-Mar Roofing & Sheet Metal and has been a Sales Consultant with the 50-year-old family institution since 2014. A native son of West Texas, Drew moved to Austin in 2004 and in many ways, has grown up with the vibrant and ever-changing city around him. After a decade of working in the restaurants and bars of South Austin, Drew’s path to the roofing industry has been an unlikely one – but a true success story, nonetheless. It was on a fateful night at a South Lamar watering hole, when through a mutual friend, Drew was introduced to a senior Ja-Mar consultant who would turn out to be his mentor. Shortly after that fortuitous meeting, Drew traded in his waiter apron for a tape measure and ladder and the rest is history.
Over the past eight years, Drew has amassed an impressive portfolio of roofing projects across the Austin metro, into the Texas Hill Country and beyond. With an accomplished background in storm restoration, full-scale renovation and an emphasis in standing seam metal, Drew has the well-versed expertise to tackle any project. In addition, Drew has become the roofer of choice within Austin’s booming real estate market – working exclusively with several members of the coveted Austin Luxury League and Elite 25 Austin groups of the city’s top producing agents. Meticulous and detail-oriented, Drew prides himself on a white-glove, personalized approach to sales and service. When he’s not on top of a tall building or managing a busy jobsite, Drew enjoys grilling on his Weber kettle, picking on the acoustic guitar, and cheering on his beloved Dallas Cowboys and Texas Longhorns. He lives in Dripping Springs with his supportive wife Stephanie and beautiful four-year-old daughter, Landry.
