Challenge / Success: This facility was experiencing numerous leaks due to an aged, failing screw-down metal roofing system. There was one particular area that was ponding a large amount of water. We constructed a tapered roof system that alleviated the issue and created positive drainage. Numerous other details were executed to ensure that the restorative coating system would provide a long-lasting solution for the property.
