Challenge / Success: This was a new construction project and involved many other trades and several phases of work on our part. Anytime you work in downtown Austin accessibility is always a problem, especially on a 16-story structure! After our installation was complete, we worked through several rounds of repairing 3 rd party damage to our roof before finally securing the NDL warranty for the building owner. This turned out to be a great addition to the many boutique hotels in downtown Austin.
