Challenge / Success: This is a historic site and was once the home of Goodall Wooten the son of one of the founders of the University of Texas. Its stylish Greek architecture has long been one of Austin’s gems. The Hotel was experiencing many leaks yet was seeking a solution that would not interfere with business. We were provided the very small area of valet parking to mobilize and stage our materials. The TPO overlay was the perfect choice as we were able to remedy all the leaks, provide a 20-year NDL warranty while preserving the integrity of the historical value of the property.
