Challenge / Success: This was a renovation of an old feed mill site in the heart of Johnson City that has stood since 1880. When it was finished it became a nationally recognized destination for interactive learning, technology, and innovation. Our roofing challenges were the multiple types of materials required. The large grain silos were converted into classrooms and we utilized the GAF restorative coating system to give them a fresh modern look.
