Challenge / Success: This was an insurance claim on an R-panel metal roof that had been previously coated with a roof coating. Seeing that there was not an NDL warranty available on the R-Panel itself, our team not only replaced the metal but also provided a GAF Roof Mate System that achieved a 10-year NDL Warranty for the property. It was a win/win!
