Challenge / Success: After numerous issues with the original concrete tile roof, this homeowner was looking for a permanent roofing solution that would also update the look of his Mediterranean style weekend home located on a private peninsula in Horseshoe Bay. Working in tight quarters on a remote drive surrounded by water on either side, the Ja-Mar team efficiently navigated through the extensive concrete tile demo, running two semi-trucks to haul the heavy waste quickly off site. Sheffield's Dark Bronze panels with a straited profile immediately modernized the overall look of the home - offering a more contemporary aesthetic while still complimenting the traditional Mediterranean design.
